Dr. Ian Messenger
Chiropractor
Ian was born in Pingelly and began his working life as an engineer. This career path was short circuited by an accident which eventually brought him to becoming a chiropractor. His keen eye for trouble shooting was to be a testimony for what seems a completely different line of work nut in theory, translates well.
Read More About IanHe was registered in Victoria in 1987 and graduated in 1988 with a Meritorious Service Award and has been a practicing chiropractics for almost 30 years. When people experience treatment with Dr Messenger they automatically understand his traits of perfectionism, trouble shooting, the thorough assessments he offers and his meritorious service. Before settling in Perth with his family in 2001, Ian worked in Toorak, East Keilor and Sunbury,Port Hedland, Newman, Broome, and Karratha. Ian’s multi faceted skills set includes a variety of techniques, including (but not limited to):

Dr. Zac Strom
Chiropractor
Zac is a Murdoch University graduate and utilises the best research evidence when working with patients. He is most interested in managing musculoskeletal spinal pain involving the neck, mid back, low back and sciatic irritation. He is also at home managing all range of sport related injuries. Zac has been working with sporting clubs over the past 3 years, managing injuries and facilitating rehabilitation. Zac is interested in the influence chiropractic adjustments can have on athlete performance.

Zac’s goals are to relieve pain for people and reduce the recurrence of pain in the future by working together with patients on active rehabilitation. Outside of work, Zac enjoys surfing, squash and music. He is currently playing in the WAFL for South Fremantle.
Dr. Xander Moore
Chiropractor
Dr Xander Moore, chiropractor, found his calling through a legacy of care. Growing up with a grandfather who was a chiropractor, he saw firsthand the incredible benefits of chiropractic care and how it helped people regain their health naturally.
Professional Journey and Specialties
Dr Xander is a graduate of Murdoch University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic. Since graduating in 2021, he has pursued further training in scoliosis detection and management, and specialises in lower back disc issues, leg pain, and the treatment of extremities.
His holistic approach includes a blend of manual adjustments, gentle mobilisations, drop-piece, and soft tissue techniques to help patients express their full potential.
A Fulfilling Mission
For Dr Xander, the most rewarding part of his practice is helping patients reclaim their lives in a non-invasive, holistic way. He believes in looking beyond symptoms to identify root causes, allowing him to deliver the right adjustment at the right time and place. He finds joy in witnessing the transformative effects of each carefully tailored treatment.
Beyond the Practice
Outside of work, Dr Xander cherishes time with his wife and two dachshunds. He’s an avid foodie, always searching for the best dining experiences, and is passionate about collecting books. His ideal weekend involves relaxing with family and friends at a winery.

Graduating from Curtin University in 2023, Levi obtained his Doctor of Physiotherapy, alongside an additional qualification in Exercise and Sports Science.

Keiran Jackson
Remedial Massage Therapist
To prepare for his career in massage therapy, Keiran graduated from SouthMetro TAFE (Murdoch) in December 2019. Kind and caring, he is passionate about helping clients to meet their goals. While Keiran focuses on the issues that bring clients in, he look at the big picture to enable patients live healthy, pain-free lives.

Keiran is always looking to upskill and looks forward to expanding his repertoire of massage techniques.
Outside of work, Keiran works as a sports trainer at Kalamunda Rugby Club and is a rugby ref. He also likes to work out at the gym.
Arek Filipczyk
Remedial Massage Therapist
Arek became interested in pursuing a career in massage, as he is fascinated by anatomy and function of the body. He also likes that massage is part of a healthy lifestyle. “What I find fulfilling about my job is to provide clients with treatments that will leave them feeling relaxed, improve mobility, and hear from them that their pain is gone.”
To prepare for his career in massage, Arek earned a Diploma of Remedial Massage from South Metro TAFE. As part of his diploma course, he did a pregnancy massage workshop and met the requirements of AAMT to provide massage to pregnant patients. Arek also completed Level 1 Dr Vodder’s Manual Lymphatic Drainage training.

What to Expect
Arek always starts with an assessment of the client’s situation to know how to help best. During the session, he uses different techniques to address the client’s complaint in many ways. “In general, I tend towards gentle techniques. I explain what I am doing and ask for feedback, but also promote staying in deep relaxation when possible.” After the session, he provides advice on self care.
Outside of the Practice
When he’s not working, Arek loves dancing, particularly West Coast Swing. He also enjoys his relaxed, slow life, which includes walking his dogs, watching science videos, cooking, eating, bushwalking, and tending to his native garden.
Fun fact: Arek usually plays Beethoven in the background when he massages!

Nancy Kremer
Clinical Nutritionist (part time)
Nancy has a Bachelor in Health Science from Endeavour College of Natural Therapies (Nutritional Medicine) and is also a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association. She can treat a wide variety of health related issue that are affected (or caused) by food and help people live healthier lives.
Nancy’s approach to treatment is to see “Food as Medicine” as well as taking into account people’s environmental, emotional and physical health to treat the person as a whole and make lasting, positive changes.
She can treat a wide variety of medically identified health issues including:
- Manage high blood pressure
- Manage Type 2 Diabetes diets
- Gastric sleeve diet management
- Manage high cholesterol
- Identify nutrient deficiencies
- Manage digestive issues like IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
As well as offering help, advice and support for other health problems such as:
- Weight loss
- Identify allergies and food intolerances
- Support immune function through nutrition
- Identify & manage nutritional needs throughout life (children, teens, during pregnancy/lactation, post-surgery and seniors)
- Improve sleep issues, stress, fatigue and overall health through food
